3-Chloro-2-hydroxypropyltrimethyl ammonium chloride (active cationic etherifying agent,CTA) is a kind of quaternary ammonium salt, which could be widely used in paper industry, textile industry, water treatment industry, petrochemical industry and daily chemicals industry ect.
